About the Founder

I founded Hexyn Corp with one purpose: to help organizations lead change with clarity, cultural awareness, and measurable results.

My background spans more than a decade across human resources, organizational psychology, and change management. I have led high impact transformations through acquisitions, cross border expansions, restructures, leadership transitions, and digital adoption across hospitality, energy, construction, healthcare, and professional services. The constant across every engagement has been the same: change works when strategy, people, and stakeholders are aligned, and it stalls when any one of those is missing.

I am a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), with executive training in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and Change Leadership from the University of Alberta. My methodology draws on globally recognized frameworks, including ADKAR, the Prosci Change Framework, Kotter's 8 Step model, and the ACMP Standard, strengthened by formal grounding in behavioral science, leadership psychology, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In 2025, I have the privilege of serving as a Change Management Facilitator for the ACMP Alberta Chapter and as a national committee member, advancing the discipline while staying close to the realities of practice. I have co-authored academic research on leadership dynamics, group behavior, and change adoption, which continues to shape how I design solutions for clients navigating both rapid disruption and long horizon growth.
