About the Founder

I founded Hexyn Corp with one goal in mind: to help organizations lead change with purpose, clarity, and measurable results.

My background spans over a decade of experience in human resources, organizational psychology, and change management. I’ve worked across multiple sectors—including construction, energy, healthcare, and professional services—leading high-impact transformations through mergers, restructures, leadership transitions, digital adoption, and large-scale cultural change. What these projects all had in common? The need for clear strategy, people-centered design, and stakeholder alignment.

I’m a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), with executive training in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and Change Leadership from the University of Alberta. My approach is informed by globally recognized frameworks like ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, and the ACMP Standard, and strengthened by my background in behavioral science, leadership psychology, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.

In 2025, I have the privilege of serving as Change Management Facilitator for the ACMP Alberta Chapter, and as a national committee member—advancing the discipline while staying grounded in real-world impact. I’ve also co-authored academic research on leadership dynamics, group behavior, and change adoption, which continues to shape how I design solutions for clients navigating both rapid disruption and long-term growth.
